在我心目中,老师拥有着至高无上的地位。他们是知识的传播者,是道德的典范,更是爱心的化身。也许从小接触的最多的人就是老师,所以从心底里崇拜他们,并暗暗下决心:长大了我也要做一名老师。用知识去教育他们,用热情去鼓励他们,用爱心去感化他们。梦想的第一步已经实现了,接下来要做的就是好好工作。
首先 必须具有精深的专业知识
教师的天职是“传道、授业、解惑”,而学生最不能原谅的就是教师的一知半解。因此教师只有掌握精深的专业知识,才能在上课时做到“居高临下”、“高屋建瓴”,只有“居高”才能“临下”,只有“深入”才能“浅出”。另外,如果老师的知识面很广阔以致于能满足学生的求知欲望,科学的解答他们提出的问题或者指导探求知识的方法,那将会成为学生的良师益友,他们会以崇敬的心情感激老师的指导。所以老师不仅要努力提高自己的专业知识水平,同时也要不断拓宽自己的专业外知识。只有这样才能打动学生的心。因此,我一方面不断的提高语文教学的质量,另一方面尽可能多的了解各方面的知识以满足学生的好奇心。
其次 必须加强道德修养
在求学阶段,老师是学生接触最多的一类人,老师的一言一行都对学生起潜移默化的作用,都会在学生心目中留下深刻的印象。因此,必须注意自己的道德修养,努力通过自己的言行举止,为人处事给学生以示范,做学生的榜样。马卡连柯说:“教师的个人榜样,乃是使青年心灵开花结果的阳光”。因此,在要求学生做一件事情前我都要求自己必须先做好,并不断加强自身的修养。
再次 必须时时的爱学生
爱有很多种,对于师生这种特殊的关系,我们又该怎么做?
用赞赏的眼光去看待每一个学生,对后进生尤其如此。如果老师对他们给予深深的理解,就会发现他们值得你爱,才会真正地去爱他们。
谁都会做错事,除了圣人与逝者。做错事和犯错误是人走向成长中成熟的阶梯。所以在处理学生犯错误的问题时,不能一概而论,以偏概全,要看这件事在学生成长过程中属于什么性质的问题,还要看他行为动机中有无合理成分,必要时还要做到难得糊涂,总之,在指出问题的同时,还要给予理解和宽容。
在强制要求和期望鼓励均可作为比较适宜的经验方式时,期望鼓励可能会产生更积极的效果,这就要求老师在工作中学会赏识学生,善于在学习的点滴进步中体验成功,学生一有进步,教师就应及时给予表扬,甚至老师可以为学生创造一个取得成功的机会,让学生体验成功,从而激发学生的成就动机。即使是后进生老师也要善待他们,后进生不过是一根生锈的针,只要老师帮助磨,他也会发光的。
把事情交给学生做,培养他们的责任感,以信任的民主管理方式营造积极向上的班集体,培养学生的参与意识和责任感。
把爱落到实处,掷地有声,真正为学生所接受,那是建立在教师对学生理解、宽容、原谅、赏识、信任的基础上的爱。真正地爱学生就要懂得怎样去爱,因为有爱的天空才能一片蔚蓝。对于我面前一班学生,我只有尽我最大的努力去爱他们,才能无愧于教师的称号。
教师的路还很长,要做的事情还有很多,我只有认真按照上面提到的几点努力做好自己心目中的好教师,然后做一个真正的学生心目中的好教师。
